Preserved stone
villa of 1915 located in the summer resort of Syros Poseidonia (Dellagratsia)
on a pine plot of 8,900 sq.m. at a distance of 700 meters from the sea. The
building is characterized as preserved for the outdoor and surrounding areas
and is a remarkable example of a large summer residence of the early 20th
century, important for the study of architecture and a reference point for the
inhabitants of the area,
The villa consists
of two levels, the upper floor (main house) 140 sq.m. and the ground floor 160
sq.m. which consists of two independent self contained spaces with seperate entrances used as hostels/guest
houses, a cellar and storage spaces.
The main house
consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 reception and dining areas, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen
as well as terraces with views.
On the plot there
is one building (guest house) of 80 sq.m., a second building (garage, laundry
and storage) 65 sq.m. as well as ancillary buildings: 1 building used for
electricity production (15 sq.m.) and another one (10 sq.m.) for animal
accommodation of lower height.
On the plot there
is a well and 2 cisterns.
The villa is surrounded by 70 pine trees. In the rest of the plot there are 150 pistachio trees, as well as citrus trees (lemon trees, orange trees, sour orange trees, lime trees), fig trees, pomegranate trees, palm trees, olive trees, an eucalyptus and a mastica tree.
